Winona Ryder — Born Winona Laura Horowitz, Winona Ryder got her stage name from the name of a nearby city and Mitch Ryder, a soul and rock singer. She received one of her most notable roles as Lydia Deetz in Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice and would go on to be in a number of his other films as well as several other well-known movies.
Winona Ryder had a run-in with the law for shop-lifting in 2001, which the tip of the iceberg of accusations within that year and the next. She has since taken up a number of roles in films and TV and has continued to offer some entertaining quotes.
