Joe Biden — Elected at the 47th vice president of the United States of America in 2008, Joe Biden has been an influential figure in the Democratic Party. Before his joint election with President Barack Obama, he was a United States Senator from Delaware.

As the vice president, every word that has come out of Joe Biden’s mouth has been heavily scrutinized. Some of his words are those of wisdom and experience, while others just make for confusing and/or entertaining quotes.
